Job Summary
The prime responsibility is to take ownership of Incident management processes
analysis, providing guidance and support in coordinating Incident & Problem
Management, Release Management and User Acceptance Testing for all bank system
changes/enhancements.
To provide incident, problem and change management insight through follow ups
both In-country and with various support teams and provide periodic reporting
on the same.
