# Job Description

• The suitable candidate shall,
• Work closely with the Tax Accountant in ensuring that preparation and filing
of Tax returns is properly executed.
• Carry out proper accounting for all Product taxes and taxes relating to
imported services.
• Ensure Proper accounting processes and adequacy of internal controls
including preparation of schedules and reconciliation of general ledger
accounts.
• Ensure timely regularization and monitoring of all Vendor advance payments.
• Coordination of both interim and final external audit engagements including
preparation of financial statements.
• On a quarterly participate in in the preparation of Paris Quarterly KPIs.
• Assist the Chief Accountant in the preparation Quarterly CAP Consolidation
reports.
• Coordinate and Prepare Monthly Priority Accounting Controls before D+25.
• Manage TOM card roles including blocking, unblocking and issuing of PINS to
clients.
• Any other duties allocated by the Chief Accountant

Candidate profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Business administration or any other
related field
• CPA or ACCA qualification is a must.
• Minimum of 5 Years relevant experience is required.
• Knowledge of English, Oral and written Page 3 of 3
• Knowledge of SAP/MS Excel/MS Word
• Strong adherence to deadlines
