# Job Description

Overview
Smartwatch Solutions is East Africa’s leading provider of fleet and mobile
asset management solutions. The company was founded in 2011 in response to
developing trends in dynamic Mobile Resource Management, which were fueled by
the rise of the oil and gas industries in East and Central Africa.

Job Title: Sales Executive
Job Type: Full Time
Reports to: Sales Manager
Job Purpose:
Active participation in the implementation of Smartwatch Solution’s selling
strategies and championing growth of both individual and Corporate Clients.

Key Deliverables for This Position
• The number of new leads coming into the sales department per month.
• Number of qualified opportunities created as well as the revenue value for
each.
• Conversion rate.
• Booked revenue.

General Duties and Responsibilities:
• Building business by identifying and selling prospects.
• Selling and marketing Smartwatch Solution Fleet & Asset tracking services
• Customer Relationship Management
• Participate in tendering process
• Conducting market intelligence and providing feedback to head of Sales and
Marketing
• Meeting monthly sales targets on new sales and sales through service plan
realignment SPR.
• Preparing weekly sales and prospects reports
• Attending weekly sales meetings and giving updates
• Input of all relevant data onto CRM
• Documenting of reports from sales visits and sales calls and filing in
client files
• Any other duties that maybe assigned by HOD & Management

Person Specification:
Education /Qualifications Degree or Diploma in a business
Course; Sales and Marketing preferable
Experience/Knowledge Minimum 2-3 years Sales Experience
