Job Summary ⇒ The Senior Manager MFS – Payments should have hands-on
experience in outsourcing contract managements to facilitate portfolio growth
and encourage financial inclusion.al, Manufacturing, FMCG and other value
chains. The incumbent will be facing the challenge of deploying new growth
levers for mobile money, the job holder will deploy merchant payments and push
evolution
Key Duties and Responsibilities ⇒
⇗ Identify business challenges and explore effective solutions through effective influencing.
⇗ Produce sustainable departmental results through prioritization, ethical practices and coordinating the work of others.
⇗ Manage the Merchant Acquirers and MFS Payment team
⇗ Acquire new income streams by identifying and enhancing opportunities in value chains that are underserved by MFS and enhance existing ones.
⇗ Develop Roadmap for the payment features evolutions
⇗ The ideal candidate for the MTN Uganda Senior Manager MFS – Payments job placement should hold a Master’s Degree in commercial sciences or equivalent OR Bachelors Degree + PGD with distribution/retail experience
⇗ Three 3 years’ work experience in a telecoms industry or service industry
⇗ Hands on experience in outsourcing contract management
⇗ Knowledge & Trainings
⇗ Outsourcing contract management
