About US ⇒
Golden Crane Hotel is a sister company to International Medical Link. It has
Hotels in Mukono and Isingiro District offering hotel, conference and other
hospitability services.
Job Summary: We are looking for a qualified and most experienced person
to fill the position of Sales Executive.

Key Duties and Responsibilities ⇒
⇗ To prospect and generate sales opportunities for the Hotels among various
categories of customers.
⇗ Propose and implement innovative ways of marketing for the hotels.
⇗ Organize/participate in the planned marketing activities and events of the
hotels including market research, designing adverts, online marketing
platforms among others.
⇗ Liaise with various stakeholders in the Hospitality Industry to close
businesses and effectively manage sales accounts to achieve client
satisfaction.
⇗ Prepare competitive well organized bids/business proposals to qualified
prospective organizations/customers.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience ⇒
⇗ At least minimum of a diploma in Marketing or any other specialty.
⇗ A professional certificate or qualification in Marketing and Sales is a
strong added advantage. Candidates who apply without one of these requirements
will not be shortlisted.
⇗ Relevant work experience in Hospitality Company mainly a hotel or similar
business is a strong added advantage.
⇗ The candidates must demonstrate competence and capability to be innovative,
self-directed, and agile in their work.
⇗ Must have a personality inclined to easily interact with people to create
business opportunities.
⇗ Evident analytical, writing, presentation skills using fluency in English.
⇗ Practical computer skills in Microsoft office suites are a must.
⇗ Ability to work in a busy and demanding work under pressure
⇗ Ability to work both independently and as an admirable team player.
⇗ Age Limit: between 25-40 years
